Your Products

We make them, but they’re your products. With years of listening and talking to riders, builders, and first-timers, we make what you actually need to get your project bikes wired up and running.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are placed through our web shop.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never see or store your full payment details.
• Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it to the address you provide.

Returns, Warranty & Support

• Most products come with a 1–2 year warranty.
• Our warranty is different from most: we’ll back you up even if the issue came from your own mistake (yes, even if you had one too many drinks or it was your bad) as long as it’s within the warranty period.
• If something fails because of workmanship, materials, or even if you just had a rough go at the install, we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.
• Returns and replacements aren’t about some fixed 30-day window. They’re about fairness. If the circumstance calls for it, we’ll take care of it.
• The only times we can’t cover it is when the product has been intentionally abused or altered beyond recognition, or it’s clear the issue has nothing to do with the product itself.

Bottom line: we treat our customers the way we’d want to be treated. That’s why returns are so rare we can count them on our toes.

Limitation of Liability

Our gear is tested, proven, and backed by warranty. That said, motorcycles are unpredictable, and so are people. We’ll always help you get your project wired right, but we can’t be responsible for:

• Bad installation decisions,
• Improvising outside our advice and instructions,
• Or trying to outsmart the TechService team.

We warranty the product, but not the choices made around it.

TechService

Our TechService is part of what you’re getting. No nerd talk, no jargon. Just straight answers, guiding you from “never touched a wire before” to “bike is running strong.”

Shipping

• We ship to most major global regions. Shipping costs and times vary depending on where you are.
• Any duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility. (Sorry, we don’t control your customs office.)

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your info is used only to process orders and provide support. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of our home base (Canada), but our goal is universal: build solid gear and give you the confidence to finish your projects.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
