How We Support You With Wiring

  • Wire colors aren’t gospel. Some manufacturers reused colors or changed them mid-production. Even bikes from the same year and model can differ.
  • Diagrams are reference tools, not blueprints. We draw based on what you tell us. If your bike differs, it’s not your fault or ours, it’s just how these machines were built.
  • Factory diagrams? Often misleading. Especially if you’re trying to match wire colors. We focus on function, not color.
  • Function-first always wins. Our techs trace what wires do, not what color they are. That’s how we get reliable results.
  • We’re here to help, not debate. If something doesn’t match, the best move is to check. Just ask us how and we’ll walk you through it.
  • No blame, no ego, just solutions. We’ve seen it all, and we’re ready to help you sort it out.
  • Video chats. Sometimes, it’s just easier to show than explain. Connect with our techs/engineers for more effective support.

TechService work thoroughly and precisely on every custom diagram.

The more complete and accurate your information, the faster and smoother we can support you.

To design an accurate, reliable custom wiring diagram, we need complete information about your bike and components.

Please include the following with your request:

  • NWT parts purchased.
List exactly what you bought from us.
  • Invoice copy.
Attach your invoice so we can verify the correct parts and versions.
  • Bike details.
    Make, model, year.
  • Factory wiring diagram.
As an ATTACHMENT (not inline) the factory wiring diagram for your bike in JPEG or PDF format.
    Why this is required:
    – Factory diagrams show the original wiring layout for your exact model.
    – Many older bikes have had components replaced, rewired, or removed.
    – We compare the factory diagram to your current setup to confirm what’s correct.
    – This prevents misidentified parts, wrong connections, and troubleshooting headaches later.
    – It ensures your final custom diagram matches your real‑world bike, not just the model name.
  • Electrical components list.
List every electrical component in your system you plan to use:
    – rectifier/regulator,
    – battery (brand, type, etc..),
    – lights (headlight, tail/brake, signals),
    – gauge/cluster,
    – starter solenoid,
    – CDI/ignition module,
    – coils,
    – any other electrical accessories.
  • Factory vs aftermarket.
For each component, label it as FACTORY or AFTERMARKET.
  • Aftermarket documentation.
For every aftermarket component: Attach the manufacturer’s wiring diagram or spec sheet, or
If no diagram exists, send clear photos of the part, labels, and terminals.
  • Modifications and custom work.
Describe any changes from stock wiring, such as: removed components, added accessories, custom switches or controls.
  • Photos when unsure.
If you’re not sure what something is, or how it’s wired, send clear photos of the component and its wiring for verification.
  • Clean, modern, and reliable wiring solutions.
  • Custom wiring diagram tailored to your specific build.
  • Ongoing support, acting as your second set of eyes and ears until your project is complete.
