PDF Install Guides, worksheets, and Wiring Diagrams
While many rely on traditional methods for bike wiring, our modern approach and advanced technology set us apart. We highly recommend contacting our TechService team to take advantage of our engineers’ expertise, ensuring a simple, efficient, and functional installation.
Here you’ll find color PDF guides that you can view, download, zoom in and out for detailed viewing, or print in any size without losing quality. More install guides will be added over time. Requests for guides on models not listed are welcome and will be included soon.

Factory wiring colors are inconsistent even with the same year and model.
Colors used it these diagrams are intended to show point A-B connections.
⚠️ Notes on Wiring Diagrams and Wire Colors for vintage European Bikes
Wiring up your vintage classic ride? Great. Just a heads-up before we dive in:
Wire colors and parts can be wildly inconsistent. Even within the same model and year, some manufacturers used different wiring schemes or components. This isn’t a fluke, it’s just how they were built.
Our diagrams are based on the info you provide. If your bike differs from the reference diagram (even if it’s “supposed to be” the same model/year), that’s likely due to factory inconsistencies. We’ll always do our best, but what’s on paper may not match what’s on your bike.
Factory diagrams? Often useless. Especially if you’re trying to match wire colors. They’re often misleading, outdated, or irrelevant. Focus on function, not color.
Color ≠ function. In our tech workflows, wire color is secondary. What matters is what the wire does. We know that can be counterintuitive, but trust us, function-first wiring is the only way to get reliable results.
We’re here to help not debate. If something doesn’t match or seems off, the best move is to check. Just ask us how and we’ll gladly walk you through it. No ego, no blame, just solutions.
